Unique Construction SMS Terms & Conditions

Unique Construction offers optional customer-service text messages concerning construction inquiries, requested estimates, appointments, project scheduling and customer support.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the Unique Construction SMS program.
Choosing text messages
You may enroll by providing your mobile number and selecting the SMS consent checkbox on our website. SMS consent is optional and is not required to request information, receive an estimate or purchase services. This customer-care program does not enroll you in promotional text messaging.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry or project. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless provider may charge for messages and data. You are responsible for any charges under your mobile plan.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to end messages from this program. We may send one confirmation that your request was processed. To enroll again, use our opt-in form and provide fresh consent. Reply HELP for assistance, email aloha@unique760.com or call 760-332-0006.
Delivery and your mobile number
Text delivery may be delayed or unavailable. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on text messages for emergencies or immediate safety needs.
Provide a mobile number you are authorized to use and notify us if it changes. We handle information as described in our Privacy Policy.
